Terms and Policies
NO REFUNDS - If you are a no show, we cannot refund your class fee. If you decide not to attend, you can
transfer your booking to another student or exchange for product. Please see below for more details.
RESCHEDULING -
Due to unforeseen circumstances, sometimes date/scheduling changes may occur. Forging in extremely hot or cold weather can call for a "rain cheque". We will do our best to contact you a minimum of 48 hours in advance to notify you of the date change. Classes will be rescheduled when safe.
We run our classes with a required minimum number of 4 students. If we do not have a full class, we will notify you of a date change. Confirmation of the class will be sent out 48 hours in advance. Class fees can be used towards any of our classes or products available. Refunds are not offered.
Value of your class will be applied to the rescheduled date. No refunds.
UNABLE TO ATTEND/DATE CHANGES:
If a participant withdraws from a class more than 14 days before day of the workshop, they may transfer their participation to a new date.
If a participant withdraws from a workshop 3 to 7 days before the workshop, they will forgo a 50% fee of the total workshop fee.
If a participant withdraws from the workshop within three days of the workshop, they will receive no refund of the workshop fee and will forgo their place at the workshop.
In the case that a participant cannot attend a workshop, they may trade or sell their class booking(s) to someone else, even within three days of the workshop in question.
Please notify stonewoodandsteel@yahoo.ca in the case of a transfer so that we can be sure the new participant is aware of the course information and directions if applicable.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
There are no refunds on classes purchased with the exception of medical refunds. The value of the class can be used towards a future class or products.
If you are canceling out of a class due to weather or sickness and give more than 48 hours notice, you can have transfer your booking towards a future class, minus a $50 administration fee.
You may also transfer your class to another student with no fees. If requesting a refund, payment of 80% will be returned.
